Leading the Opus team, Joe’s primary focus is developing a strong relationship with each client and delivering personalized service to meet and exceed every need. With over 30 years of general contracting and design-build experience, Joe’s breadth and depth of expertise, trusted relationships, and passion for delivering beautiful, customized homes allows him to create an engaging, transparent and enjoyable process for clients and partners.

Tara Haley-Park

Vice President and Construction Manager

With over 20 years of experience, Tara manages the Opus team and its partners, executing even the most complex jobs efficiently and with a smile. Tara’s talent stems from her relentless drive to see her clients, design partners, and specialty crews happy with both the on-time, on-budget process and the finished product.

Justin Minda

Senior Estimator

As an Estimator, Justin is responsible for creating budget roadmaps, project plans and making sure that our clients are empowered and fully educated on the process and timeline for their projects. Justin’s commitment to the customer experience centers around his focus on efficiency and transparency, making sure that projects run smoothly and that everyone involved is empowered and energized at every stage of the process.
